      - Innovative ways to reduce cost not just laying off people - Good salary - Hardworking colleagues in engineering team - Good reward and fast promotion for those who can contribute - Suitable for people who like to work in faster pace

      Cons

      - Lean organization means everyone does more work, work-life balance doesn't exist for lower level staff - 24/7 manufacturing so you are always on standby mode - Operation profit (cost reduction) is key indicator for top management therefore it could be difficult to get the given task done - Too dynamic, full of changes and challenges everyday, can be quite exhausting

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
