      The folks at Jabil are generally nice and down to earth. They're serious about their work and generally work to high standards.

      The HR support is weak and the leaders can be pretty self-serving and cliquish.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
