      Pros

      Challenging environment with realistic issues, enhancing problem-solving skill, negotiation skill, fast-thinking and team work. Open internal career path, allowing employee to move forward. Good collaboration and support from others. Training courses are useful and suitable for people development.

      Cons

      Extremely high pressure, leading to high turnover of employees in and out. Benefits are not good and does not deserve staff's effort. Promotion is slow and the company does not motivate to accelerate loyal employees.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
