      The only best reasons to work with the companies that you can learn JABIL QMS. only to earn batches certificates from JABIL's online training modules

      1. the biggest downsides about Senior staff is, they have lack of leadership skills they are very poor in training to their downside line and also sharing knowledge with downside. 2. and always they are confusing about their knowledge and ran to the critical situations. 3. And the all over companies hungry for continuous improvement projects but no culture for Continual Improvement and seniors always took credentials of Jr. 's Improvement projects

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
