      There is a lot of Room for Growth. You can move up if you work hard. Many Job opportunities with in.

      Cons

      It can be very unorganized. It is constantly changing management. Constantly trying new concepts.It is very political. A lot of favoritism.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
