      Pros

      Very good benefits. A lot of longevity in the corporate office. Current CEO started out working in the factory. Lots of chances for advancement.

      Cons

      Lots of company changes constantly. Unfortunate layoffs happen often. Mini people who have been there many years are let go without any notice. One day they walk up to you and have your box ready.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
