      Good benefits, not much else to say

      Production is stuck on stupid has been for years will not listen to employees about doing things better wasting company's on necessary overtime, and their motto jabil cares but not about employees with families no time to spend with same

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
