      Pros

      The biggest plus is that Jabil is international company.

      Cons

      Very low sallary. Managment not appreciates good workes all they value is reports to head office. Stupid mandatory achievements with no sallary increase, all you will have is pizza or bronze collor ribon on bage.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
