      Pros

      Medical benefits are good. No micromanaging; Schedule is pretty flexible. The pay is decent.

      Cons

      You will work with a team of childish and petty 30-40 year olds. Your coworkers will be extremely judgemental, fake, lack accountability and disrespect you. Your manager will not be direct with you and will never provide you with feedback.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
