in Jabil’s commercial many of their employees say they treat everyone equal but is this true? Many could disagree some employees have said “Not very many benefits or bonuses” and “the project cooperation model is complicated”. “Promotion and bonus system are worst”. The worst thing an employee said was “Not recommended if you are looking for a stable income, might get laid off any moment due to most of the facility empty and struggling to stay afloat”.
