Pros
Great Place to learn, grow, and master your skills. They put quality first and put out great product!
Cons
They will rarely pay you the median wage for your job. If you work on the manufacturing floor you baisically HAVE to work at least 60 hours a week to make ends meet. Very low pay for the demanding work load and mandatory over time, and the quality that is expected. You get a yearly review so there is some chance of advancing in pay, but not if the floor manager doesnt personally like you. Favoritism happens all the time. I see new comers and people who do the bare minimum advance because they are friends or on the good side of the right people, while those that put in all the effort struggle and are turned down to promotions and raises left and right.
