      Bnefits are very good, they honored our IBM years of service. Great severance package. Very good management support . They care and they treat people right.

      Cons

      Plant will close. IBM decided to transfer the business to another country

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
