      St. Petersburg defense required to pay 10.60 per hour minimum.

      Cons

      Workers are treated poorly. If you work on the manufacturing floor you basically HAVE to work at least 60 hours a week to make ends meet. Very low pay for the demanding work load and mandatory over time, and the quality that is expected. Favoritism happens all the time.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
