      some of the Benefits, that's the only reason to stick around for a while

      this was one of the best place to work for, since Jabil took over, there is absolute no reason to stay, Management is just pushing not helping and they don't know what they talking about.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
