      Pros

      If lucky enough to get into a group with clear direction and leadership, work experience would be pleasant. Nice HSA and stock option if you are healthy

      Cons

      Some group would experience frequent rebuild. No maternity leave, everything falls under short term disability leave, which allows maximum of 3 months at 70% pay. Anything beyond is unpaid.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
