Pros
I guess there must be one. But I can't think of one.
Cons
My department was run by fear, bullying and intimidation. Every once in a while you would look around and realize that someone was gone.....People were terminated quickly and with no warning. And you never knew who was going to be next. Thank God I got out of there before I was one of those people who just "disappeared" one day.
