      If you are really good at your job (hustling and bustling everyday all day), then you will have steady work.

      Cons

      It is like others have said, a good ole boys (and girls) environment. The boys promote their own, the women stab each other in the back. Management relies on the words of "their people" rather than verifying info themselves.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
