      The company is driven by professionals who want to make the company one of the leaders of its sector. Solvong the problem is what matters, so you can scale a problem easily and no one will take it personal

      Cons

      at my time, the company was depending only the wishes of one customer (Nokia)

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
