      Pros

      Culture is great. Very relaxed. Very close-knit. The company does a great job keeping employees happy and provided for. Very flexible with time off. If you do your work, it should never be an issue.

      Cons

      Didnt live up to my expectations for using my multiple languages. I thought I would get much more exposure than I did in that regard. While the minimum requirements are laid out for you, the intricacies of these requirements can be confusing and really depend on your manager.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
