      Bunch of non-degrees and history majors running the show.

      Cons

      The reason management doesn't know what they are doing is because none of them are real engineers. They are scared of intelligent people because they know deep down they themselves aren't qualified to be in the position they are in.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
