      Pros

      Pay is great. You always get more than 40 hours per week. You can move into other departments that will train and pay even better.

      Cons

      A lot of people are always just pissed off. A lot of times for no reason. Like they think the world is against them.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
