      Pros

      Great Company to work at for high tech manufacturing. Lots of opportunities in many areas.

      Cons

      The bigger Jabil got the more the people because just a number. The personal connections were lost and work / life balance seems to get blurred.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
