      Pros

      Dynamic, culturally mixed environment, their home grown continuous improvement system (JOS) can be very effective.

      Cons

      Politics abound, they company has embraced "escalate every issue". Many of the documented procedures don't explain how to accomplish the task, instead, the procedure explains how to escalate the task. The result is all decisions at a higher level, support, even mundane daily tasks become political battles.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
