      Pros

      There are awesome people to work for and with there. They like to party a lot. If you know someone in a high position, not matter how bad you screw up, you're safe.

      Cons

      If you don't know anyone and you're doing a great job, you're screwed. HR has managements back, not the employees.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
