      Pros

      I worked at Jabil for 30 years. Overall, a very good experience. They allow staff to explore different carrier options and promote continuous improvement. Employee benefits were one of the main reasons I made the company a career. So many good memories.

      Cons

      No cons, except wish I could have retired from Jabil.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
