Pros
It was a nice place to work, I liked what I did and the people were very nice. I wish things could have been different. I really liked it there and could have been very happy. The benefits are excellent and the atmosphere was very pleasant.
Cons
The white board, that should be a leads role, not someone trying to keep up with production. If they would have not jumped on me every time a number didn't seem right, it could be a very decent place to work. They need to do like Honeywell and the rest of the companies and have the leads take care of that. The post wave touch up people are under enough pressure.
