      Trabajo híbrido (hasta 4 días) en el área administrativa. Excelente ambiente laboral. Carga laboral equilibrada-baja para entry-mid level. Buen balance vida-trabajo.

      Bajos salarios para puestos entry-mid level. Supervisores son muy agradables, pero no tienen disponibilidad debido a su carga laboral alta. Mucha burocracia para cambios de posiciones. Mala optimización en procesos.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
