      You can work all the over time you want . Rotating days off excellent health care dcent incentives great atmosphere positive attitudes in the work environment

      Cons

      Ling lasting standing and repetitive work for the ones who work twelve hours maybe one more ten minutes break would help out a little I mean only so much you can do in concrete all day

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
