      Great coworkers The company does a great effort in focusing on work life balance, very person oriented Lots of hands-on training and work, exposure to top management Possible to do rotations within the 3 sectors of the company (Consumer, Pharma and Medical Devices) 100% meritocracy, no slackers or lazy coworkers
