Pros
The compensation pre-2010 was fantastic: - great salaries - great bonuses (which always paid out with little variation) - great long term incentives for "executive" positions - pension! - matching 401k
Cons
Constant change... every year there is a new plan. It would be great to have a longer-term set of plans to work towards, or even better, a "vision" or two.
