Pros
- good culture that tries to make work more enjoyable (food, socials, events, younger culture) - good learning experience (through learning from many different clients)/fast paced environment - good mentorship/training - great career opportunities afterwards
Cons
- at times, there's minimal work-life balance; you're expected to work late during busy season - can be a very stressful environment when there's tight deadlines - depending on your team, the management above might put pressure on you, making work more stressful (i.e. some managers shouldn't be managers in that they're not ready to 'manage' people yet) - not compensated well for the amount of hours of work you put in
