Pros
Flexible benefits pool is a breath of fresh air compared to traditional fixed pools offered by other companies. Some members of management actively advocate for their teams, however, the prevailing attitude of the older partners is often an impediment to progress.
Cons
Culture still requires improvement. Lots of surface benefits (promised long weekends, days off, etc.) but go out the window due to constant staffing shortages. Company is constantly playing catchup with regards to compensation, resulting in relatively high turnover. Good opportunity to move up if you "check enough boxes".
