      Pros

      The only reason I stay at the firm is because I love the teams I work with and most people I meet. The projects you work on can vary so you learn a lot of broad skills.

      Cons

      The downside to varying so much in projects is you never really specialize in a skill or industry your first few years so you feel like a generalist.

      Pros

      KPMG is a great place to start, progress or continue your career. Between smart colleagues, flexible work schedule, interesting projects, and up-to-date tech, you feel like you're at, or at least near, the forefront of the knowledge economy.

      Cons

      There is often duplicative projects and the content management is not as efficient as it can be.
