      You get competitive salary. And good bonus too. Bonus is also dependent on wether your department hits KPI and individual performance review. Good and supportive team Love the managers. Best place to learn bout the work and topic of interest bcs you get exposure to various industry

      Cons

      Culture set from the top management is bad. Unrealistic timeline set. Take on too much engagements than the team can handle.
