      Good people to learn from Good things put on for staff such as nights out etc Good training Inclusive workforce

      Cons

      Poor salary for a company that makes so much money Managers/Directors can forget about junior staff (my manager forgot that he was my manager, only remembered after my 6 month review was scheduled with him) Emphasis on being in the office

      Pros

      KPMG is a great place to start, progress or continue your career. Between smart colleagues, flexible work schedule, interesting projects, and up-to-date tech, you feel like you're at, or at least near, the forefront of the knowledge economy.

      Cons

      There is often duplicative projects and the content management is not as efficient as it can be.
