      Limited opportunities for long-term career progression. High turnover of staff impacts project continuity. Management communication could be more transparent. Workload can be inconsistent, peaks very high during busy season. Limited recognition for contributions compared to expectations.

      There is often duplicative projects and the content management is not as efficient as it can be.
