      - Support from team when you ask questions - Seniors give you lots of trust in your work (manager on your work despite not having much experience) - Learnt a lot in 6 months

      Cons

      - Communication of feedback/work performance was not transparent - Big Blame culture - No structured training, thrown into the deep end (which is how you learn a lot) - Poor work life balance

      Pros

      KPMG is a great place to start, progress or continue your career. Between smart colleagues, flexible work schedule, interesting projects, and up-to-date tech, you feel like you're at, or at least near, the forefront of the knowledge economy.

      Cons

      There is often duplicative projects and the content management is not as efficient as it can be.
