      Pros

      People are so so lovely. Your manager will support you when you need a day off for illness or mental health once in a while. They have so many networks and cater to work from home. People generally want you to learn and grow, and care about you as a person, not just a worker

      Cons

      Full time remote work can cause lack pf accountability and progression. The consulting system for promotion pits you against colleagues to get a salary raise which is hard to do. The review system doesn’t make much sense.

      Pros

      KPMG is a great place to start, progress or continue your career. Between smart colleagues, flexible work schedule, interesting projects, and up-to-date tech, you feel like you're at, or at least near, the forefront of the knowledge economy.

      Cons

      There is often duplicative projects and the content management is not as efficient as it can be.

      Long hours and demanding workload. Up or out pressure can also be stressful
