      - You can choose not to work overtime if you don't want to - Less hirarchy. Colleagues are friendly and most of them are easy to work with - You got 30 days holidays

      - After tax the net salary is not competitive compare with commerical firm - Busy in work

      Pros

      KPMG is a great place to start, progress or continue your career. Between smart colleagues, flexible work schedule, interesting projects, and up-to-date tech, you feel like you're at, or at least near, the forefront of the knowledge economy.

      Cons

      There is often duplicative projects and the content management is not as efficient as it can be.
