Koch Response
9yThank you for your feedback. We are very disappointed that this was your experience. As employees of a Koch company, we have a clear responsibility and must have the courage to ask questions and raise concerns about compliance or ethical behavior. These concerns seem serious and we would encourage you to talk to someone. Options for asking questions, raising concerns and getting guidance are:
• Your immediate supervisor
• Any member of management
• HR, or compliance
• Contacting the GuideLine
Also to remind you that we have a No Retaliation Policy which prohibits retaliation, retribution, or harassment when an employee comes forward in good faith to report a concern or ask a question. We take all feedback seriously; we listen and continually work to improve where needed, striving to create a consistent environment throughout Koch based on integrity, respect and all of our Guiding Principles. Thank you again for bringing this forward, the good and the bad, we know that takes courage.
