      It’s a very traditional company - they need to modernize their processes and the work environment is not friendly

      Cons

      Horrible culture - high turnover rate - not a friendly environment- No training on the work but too much training on the owner political idea ( market to market...)

      Such a great atmosphere. The company focuses on adding the most mutual benefit for all parties. Helps you grow, and create meaningful relationships.

      The plano office is heavy on tax, and I am the only woman in the finance department
