Pros
As per the first employee of Koch Technology Center (KTC), Bangalore, I have completed almost 1.5 years of tenure and learnt good lot as per technical expertise and add on values as per MBM guiding principles which is backbone of this organization. Now as per "Pros" I listed below some points for your help: 1. Work Life Balance 2. Salary & Benefits 3. Learning and Self Actualization 4. Respect and Humility 5. Cons
As per my experience till date, "Cons" are very few and it may be team specific compared to that of Koch as a whole. Its the best place to start working and learn and share new innovative knowledge. Cons: 1. Process need to be little stable/structured and matured, as this is new entity here in India (Started on Apr'18) 2. Hardwork goes un appreciated some times. 3. Sometimes, there is a dull period in terms of learning.
