Too much expectations for the pay - Incident Management Specialist Koch Employee Review

The pay is really bad for the expectations, you will continually get new responsibilities but only get compensated several months to a year after them being added. If you rise up through the company getting promotions, you'll get low-balled every time you move up into a new role. Eventually you will be in a role where you are severely under market value, but you can't justify your raise because they just gave you an 8% raise for your promotion. Vacation time is not that great (gotta be with the company for 10 years to get 4 weeks off).
