Cons
- Focused on fresher than experience. - No proper Designation or our experience, people having 10 yrs also GL accountant and college fresher also GL Accountant. - 80% of team supervisors are fit for there role, no managerial skill, adequate training should be provided. - Insurance is worst. - BPO culture is almost. - only certain level PBM is working not in ground level. - there is no end to end business, cut and pice work all over, not good place to work who having more than 5yrs of experience. - No WFH.
