Horrible management- people are promoted to supervisors with no experience . They get big heads and make poor decisions . If they don’t like you they will fire you for no reason . It’s clique and don’t ever expect a raise or to be compensated. If your leader has ego problems and shows poor leadership skills and is threatened by your skills , you are screwed as they make part of the decision to help show you created value . You could work for years and never get a raise . Poor upper management and HR is a joke .
