      KBS is part of Koch Industries. Leadership walks the talk. Employees are rewarded for value created, regardless of seniority.

      Cons

      If you're not in Wichita KS, it can be difficult to get noticed.

      Such a great atmosphere. The company focuses on adding the most mutual benefit for all parties. Helps you grow, and create meaningful relationships.
