      Pros

      I really enjoyed my the actual work and the people with whom I worked. I enjoyed the customers. The pay was pretty decent on the surface.

      Cons

      I would sometimes work 70 hours per week. I missed so much of my family's lives. So many life events I can never have back. I regret every day how much of my son's teenage years I spent working there.

      10% discount on all kroger branded items $17.25 per hour is one of the better wages in the area when compared to competitor stores

      Cons

      October-January the workload and store environment is overwhelming due to holidays Slowest time of year in the store is during the summer when its hot and days drag ob forever Lack of communication between dept as well as between store management MOD adds insurmountable tasks onto your already lengthy expected daily task assignments
