Poor management, poor salaries, low expectations - Ticketing Agent Lufthansa Group Employee Review

Administration is not flexible at all; lack of ethics to clients and staff; really low salaries (near Portugal minimum wage); training(5 weeks) is not paid; high staff rotation (so they do not need to increase wages); lack of career progression; lack of wages increases; Management obliges you to eat your lunch in 15 minutes, and some of them are not suited for the position (knowledge, behavior, speech...). HR team is split between Oporto and Lisbon, so it is hard to solve any HR related issue.
