Not as good as it used to be - Airport Manager Lufthansa Group Employee Review

Salary has not kept up with inflation in general for a number of years. If you do a great job you get a nice pat on the back but annual salary increases no longer reflect what you do. You can work hard all year or be lazy all year and the salary increase would be the same. General moral at UK airports has declined considerably over the last few years which is very disappointing. Career progression for UK based staff difficult to almost non existent anymore so keep that in mind.
