      they allow you to work your way up within the company. management and supervisors are very good at watching out for you. they take care of employees so in turn employees will take better care of customers

      Cons

      lots and lots and lots of hours. sometimes work can be overwhelming cause you have to stay so late but its worth it cause of the money

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
